Puffed rice plays a special role in Hindu mythology. It just counts more , if it comes honestly and from the heart, instead of just money or luxury.

Puffed rice really became popular at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. They showed a machine that looked like a cannon and basically made rice pops - that's how the puffs came about. The whole thing was even celebrated as the 'Eighth Wonder of the World' at the time. Pretty wild, right?
